They were prompt with response to my initial inquiry, as well as took the time to understand my needs and what I was looking for once I was at the dealership in person. They also greeted both my daughter an well as took the time to understand my needs and what I was looking for once I was at the dealership in person. They also greeted both my daughter and myself with a friendly and helpful introduction. We felt like our potential purchase was a priority for their time and attention. Follow-up was helpful without being pushy and felt we had direct and honest communication surrounding purchase price. Additional Comment (Sales) Our sales representative, Quincy Smith, was wonderful to work with! His attention to detail on the features we were looking for, as well as the price point we were comfortable in were not seen as a limitation, but an opportunity to finding our family the right fit for our needs.
