He was right where I was with my vehicle problem. From the onset he was quick to find the right answers, was consistent with handling the problem and definitely closed the loop to give me help. This place is a crooked dealership. They sell cars that are not in good working condition. A couple of the staff were rude and I didn't feel like they wanted my business. Excellent Customer Service I thank and appreciate the staff at Nissian. I received a call that I won a TV!! Karl asked how things were going and I preceded to tell him of my rec I thank and appreciate the staff at Nissian. I received a call that I won a TV!! Karl arranged for me to bring my vehicle in and working with Ben they took car of working with my insurance company to repair the damages and even made arrangements to secure a car while mine was being fixed. Can’t get a response from anyone from Rock Hill Nissan I have bought 3 new cars from rock hill Nisan. For some reason they explained to me there was an issue with their system that the invoice they gave me I have bought 3 new cars from rock hill Nisan. For some reason they explained to me there was an issue with their system that the invoice they gave me was for my other car and that it was a software issue. I’m sure the maintenance not being for the correct car will impact my warranty if it doesn’t get corrected. I was promised that the correct invoice would be emailed to me. After several texts, emails, being promised by Chuck an immediate return call back and no response from the service manager Carl a week later I still can get no response from anyone from rock hill. Nissan. Glitches with software happen not responding to the customer is unacceptable. More
