I brought in for a recall a tire rotation. And windshield wiper fluid leak. As a senior citizen I feel like I was taken advantage of, lied to and overcharged at my last trip for a repair to my 2022 Jeep with 10k miles on it. Sales confirmed as pre-owned vehicle was in stock 3 times via text, email AND phone call. I asked because I don’t live close to the dealership. Had an appointment to get a battery check & regular maintenance at 8:10am. My car was at the service dept all day without anyone looking at it. It was kept there the entire next day. Kevin Bishop was very knowledgeable & did a good job but his hands were somewhat tied by the inefficiencies of time management from the service technicians More
