This service center scratched all 4 rims during a tire change out. The damage done was during a tire balance process. It could have been completely avoided if the technician wasn’t careless. The balance change out. The damage done was during a tire balance process. It could have been completely avoided if the technician wasn’t careless. The balance machine was not set up properly, or it is aged and needs conditioning. The end result is a circle dug into the aluminum on every rim. Even has some Plastic embedded in the aluminum where it was spinning. Don’t come here, way more options for tire service. Learned my lesson. Also still no call back from dealer. More
