I was cheated at this Stealership. They wanted to charge me $280 for a transmission diagnosis which I declined because I just recently did a diagnosis at a reputable transmission shop They wanted to charge me $280 for a transmission diagnosis which I declined because I just recently did a diagnosis at a reputable transmission shop and they concluded that I need a TCM flash which can only be done at a Chrysler dealership. So they up-charged me for the TCM flash charging me $370 for a software update that takes maximum 20 minutes according to Chrysler's own bulletin. I challenged the rep about the charge and he admitted that have I chosen to pay for the diagnosis I would not be charged $370 for the TCM flash on top of that. If you go to this place for service, make sure that you are not being cheated on the charges. More
