Terrible experience. I bought a brand new grand Cherokee summit from Rockland Jeep. The next day, I see the passenger taillight not working. The light comes on on the das I bought a brand new grand Cherokee summit from Rockland Jeep. The next day, I see the passenger taillight not working. The light comes on on the dash. I check the taillight and it’s filled with water. I call them immediately. They say to bring the truck in. I live an hour and fifteen minutes each way from the dealer but sure, I’ll bring it in. I speak with Rob, the sales manager and voice the issue. Yesterday, I get a call from Alan the service manager. He says good news! The truck is ready. I drive once again to go pick it up. Guess what the passenger tail light is filled with water! Completely soaked. They replaced the rear facing taillight and left me the other part of the rear taillight that wrap to the rear quarter panel of the passenger side of the truck. Why fix one and not the other?? It was totally obvious that it was water logged. I tell them that I’m not leaving and making this trek again because they failed. I suggest for them to remove it from the loaner which they did and put it on my truck. They were the same model. What a completely inept repair job and a waste of time. One week old truck. More

Just about everything that is wrong with a dealership. First off tried to upsell everything. They suggested changing my spark plugs at 50,000 miles. Second i printed a coupon from the dealership website told the service associate I had a coupon, when I picked up the car and was paying I told the cashier and presented the coupon. The cashier told me it was too late, I was not able to use the coupon. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told none was available. How is that my fault. Third the car was blocked in by another car and I waited 10 minutes to leave. When I did leave I noticed the tire pressure light was still illuminated. I had to stop at a local gas station and add 5 pounds of pressure, you would think that is included in a tire rotation. All in all a horrible experience, I will not be back. I will be contacting JD power and yelp with negative reviews. Also when I responded to the customer service managers email he never wrote back. More
