I had originally tried to get my Chrysler hardtop convertible repaired at the dealership where it was purchased ( Ramsey Chrysler ), The service manager there told me, "we don't want to get involved" convertible repaired at the dealership where it was purchased ( Ramsey Chrysler ), The service manager there told me, "we don't want to get involved", My mechanic in Washington Township was shocked to hear this, He immediately gave Rockland Chrysler a call and arranged for an appointment with you, Your service department was booked up for a month and a half, but, when my turn came up, and after you arranged for your hardtop convertible specialist to be involved, ( his name was Freddie) , your mechanics were able to diagnose and fix the problem.
