Terrible service. Allen St. Germain should not be managing the shop. I would like to know if my warranty & free oil changes are valid at another Jeep Dealer. I bought this warranty & the Jeep from your dealership, so it was close to my home - my husband passed away last year & I felt the warranty was a good investment as a widow - it was a waste of money. I was not pleased. Upon checking my car the issues I explained I was experiencing Tommy said it sounds like a transmission problem. They did oil change and tire rotati Upon checking my car the issues I explained I was experiencing Tommy said it sounds like a transmission problem. They did oil change and tire rotation, plus look at my radio first to give me a bill. Then add to it I have a transmission problem that would cost me 12k to fix. If I have such a big problem why do anything else? They should have call me and tell me their findings and ask if I want oil change, tire rotation etc. That is not how you do honest business... that is making money from customers in a dishonest act. I will never buy a jeep again or recommend anyone More
