Traveled 3 hrs to complete the transaction that was set up the week before on a 2026 Dodge Durango with 4000 miles on it, I was trading in my 2023 Dodge Challenger. Was then told by the salesman that my trade was now worth 1250 less. Still decided to purchase the vehicle as I just drove 3 hrs.. Then as I was completing the final paper work with the finance guy who made some claims himself that were not totally correct I was then told by Don the vehicle was recovered stolen and has no factory warranty. I should have been told in advance about these issues. They are not very honest people to deal with. Maybe that is just the way they treat the customers from out of state Do not assume they will do the right thing. Buyers Beware More

Brandon Ruiz during the purchase of my vehicle promised to get me a second key and front floor mats that were missing. It has now been a month and 10 days and I’ve yet to receive anything. Every time I get to get me a second key and front floor mats that were missing. It has now been a month and 10 days and I’ve yet to receive anything. Every time I get a hold of Brandon it’s one excuse or another. I maybe get a response 1 of every 5 times I reach out to Brandon. Any time he gives me a reason why it’s someone else’s fault other than his. Granted I’ve tried to be patient but I believe I’ve been more than patient. At this point I do believe I was just lied to and told whatever I wanted to hear in order for Brandon to get his sale. I really tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but I’m not at a loss of almost $1k in getting a second key and front mats. I will never buy any vehicles from this dealership and I would be careful of any promises they make that aren’t able to get fulfilled in that moment. More
