Thank God for Kebvin Leahey. Evey time my car needs to be serviced, I receive wrong information from the staff. When I called to make an appointment to fix the part that was reca Evey time my car needs to be serviced, I receive wrong information from the staff. When I called to make an appointment to fix the part that was recalled, I was told it could take all day. In addition to this unlike in the past, there was no offer of a loaner car or of Uber service. I made arrangements and the appointment. On June 5th I brought in the car at the designated time. I spoke with Kevin Leahey who has always been spot on about my cars and he told me that the service would take two hours to complete at most. This is quite different from what I was told when I called to make the appointment. Needless to say I was relieved and also annoyed because of the misinformation. I wish I coud say this was the only time that something like this has occurred, but unfortunately, this is yet just another time where I was given misinformation. When I picked up the car, the icon for front end collision was disabled. I believe that whoever serviced the car should have checked the dashboard before signing off on it. Again, this isn't the first time this has happened. It pains me to write this because this is the fifth Jeep I am driving and the third from this dealership. I never had any issue with the first two Jeeps which is why I came back. Time will tell what I do when this lease is up. More
