At the end of July I brought my vehicle in for a factory airbag recall and because the ABS and no skid lights were on; this was a scheduled appointment. The Dealer had my jeep for 2 weeks, which I felt was airbag recall and because the ABS and no skid lights were on; this was a scheduled appointment. The Dealer had my jeep for 2 weeks, which I felt was excessive, which I voiced to Service Advisor. I was told by Advisor that the service department was backed up, taking on no new appointments. One day after picking up jeep, the ABS and no skid lights were back on and I contacted Advisor and was told to bring Jeep back in. Advisor then contacted me informing faulty parts, seals were installed..that this has been an issue since COVID and beyond this yet another part was needed at an additional cost and part would take another 2 weeks to come in.. I contacted Customer Service about my dissatisfaction and was told this would be look into and we spoke the next day and I was informed parts were not faulty..although I was told this... but another part was needed and would take another 2 weeks to get this in would reduce this cost by $500. Yesterday I picked up my vehicle and last night airbag light went on and remains on; I contacted Advisor today and he said to bring Jeep back in; I told him I was very dissatisfied with this service, was an inconvenience but would bring jeep back in in a few days. Tonight on the way home as this light remains on, the ABS and no skid lights went on and breaks again have shaking feeling. The issues I brought this jeep in for nearly 6 week ago, and $6,000 later remain and this is not only a major inconvenience for me but ,I have no confidence/trust in this dealership and or the work being performed, nor should I. Yet, I will not bring elsewhere and absorb more costs. The Dealer Management, who I will contact tomorrow must address the Service Department and lack of skill/knowledge in repairing an assuring vehicle safety and satisfaction. My experience thus far as been horrible and troubling. More
