Got my car back in a timely fashion after bringing it in to be repaired. They were very flexible with my schedule when the parts came in for it. My only complaint is that when i initially made this appoi to be repaired. They were very flexible with my schedule when the parts came in for it. My only complaint is that when i initially made this appointment (I had taken the car in on July 25th), I had pre checked in online and was expecting, at least from what my reply email said, to be able to drop my car/key off and be able to go. And that was not the case. It was a little confusing. However, Allan was very good to deal with and took care of my needs. More

Very disappointed! I bought the car certified less than a year ago and the radio has never worked right since the day I bought it. I got the full warranty and they sti I bought the car certified less than a year ago and the radio has never worked right since the day I bought it. I got the full warranty and they still wanted $1000 to replace the radio. I have three kids that are very busy and haven’t been able to give my car up, so that’s why it took me a while to get back. It’s obvious I did nothing to the radio to cause this. If you certify a vehicle, it should have been replaced free of charge. More
