I had great experience with this dealership.. I got Ram TRX and they kept their word to lock the price even though vehicle was built and delivered 5 months after the order was in.. delay is fully understan TRX and they kept their word to lock the price even though vehicle was built and delivered 5 months after the order was in.. delay is fully understandable!!! Amazing experience. Oliver McIntyre went above and beyond throughout process. Unexpected credit issue came up, and he worked with me to get resolved. Not like typical sales person that is $100-$200+ over bud throughout process. Unexpected credit issue came up, and he worked with me to get resolved. I love this service dept but I come from yonkers had an appointment and had to wait for seven and a half hours for my car to be repaired. I was not offered a loaner car so I was not happy having to wait th appointment and had to wait for seven and a half hours for my car to be repaired. I was not offered a loaner car so I was not happy having to wait this long thats ridiculous! Otherwise that is my only complaint. They should make better accommodations for customers who travel a long distance to get their vehicle repaired. More
