I love this service dept but I come from yonkers had an appointment and had to wait for seven and a half hours for my car to be repaired. I was not offered a loaner car so I was not happy having to wait th appointment and had to wait for seven and a half hours for my car to be repaired. I was not offered a loaner car so I was not happy having to wait this long thats ridiculous! Otherwise that is my only complaint. They should make better accommodations for customers who travel a long distance to get their vehicle repaired. More

Really great car buying experience. James Hannigan was my sales rep. We basically did everything via text or phone. He was super helpful. The dealership itself is pretty laid back.
