Avoid this place. I recently bought a car from them and was taken advantage of with slimey fast stereotypical car sales tactics. Tim made this one of the easiest purchases I have ever made at a car dealership. We showed up 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday and he stayed with us until we were completely finished. The service dept is the absooute worst. I will drive 30 miles to a different deal to not have to use the service dept. I have had over 5 bad expericences with them. 3 times they could not even fix a door miles to a different deal to not have to use the service dept. I have had over 5 bad expericences with them. 3 times they could not even fix a door open error. I want there recently and they checked my car in and took all the detail and filled out the paperwork. I called and uber and 10 min later they said hey you dont have an apt we cant help you. Dont waste you time. There is no accountablity or pride in the work they do. They are the worst. More

The Service Dept is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! After buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee 3 years ago and MULTIPLE engine issues, which one supposedly was NOT covered by warrant, I ended up trading car back to them for Jeep Grand Cherokee 3 years ago and MULTIPLE engine issues, which one supposedly was NOT covered by warrant, I ended up trading car back to them for a Dodge Durango. I only did so because I was desperate to get rid of car because it was having ANOTHER engine issue that i had fixed and paid for just a year ago. So after driving my new “Certified” Dodge, just 4 days later “Service Shifter” comes on the screen!! I couldnt even get an appointment until a week later!! this dealership, Im convinced, do NOT care about taking care and thoroughly inspecting their vehicles before selling. Lastly, I can go on forever about how the service manager is of no use and is not looking to satisfy the customer. Being a loyal customer and bringing in your car to service there means absolutely nothing, when I had an issue with how they handled my warranty on my Jeep, he shut me down and didnt even offer another form of trying to help/suggest....and God help us if you are trying to contact the service department , THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. I dont know how that manager still has a job!!! More

I took my 2018 Grand Cherokee in for rust on the hood. I met with Wayne Schneider in service. He was great. Took pictures of the problem and arranged for the body shop to make the repair. I dropped my vehicle off last Monday and it was finished last Thursday. Just as promised. Thanks again for fixing my Jeep and your friendly & professional attitude.
