Awesome experience at this dealership. Al Giddins is a great salesperson. Place was pretty busy (Sunday of LDW), Al came over and took me right away to see the Grand Cherokee's I was interested in. Very knowledgeable and helpful, and didn't seem to pull any punches. I felt like he was real with me and that put me at ease. Negotiating went back and worth a bit, but Al asked me point blank, "where do you want to be?" My number was a little unrealistic, but I feel that we met at a good point that I was comfortable with. I went late in the day on Sunday, so I decided to pickup the car on Monday (Labor Day). Al took care of everything and called me that morning with a few questions to speed up the process when I arrived. I took my nephew with me (7) and Al was so nice to him. Michael Slapp, the business manager was great as well. He even played a little trick on my nephew and engaged him throughout the paperwork process. Michael made the not so fun part of getting a new car no so bad. Al took me out to see my Brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (first Jeep) and that was that. They also bought out my leased vehicle and that process was a breeze as well. Overall I can't say enough about my experience at this Dealership. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My service experience was awful. I made an appointment for this past Tuesday. When I spoke to the lady I stated that I have a 3 month old infant and would like to be given a time where it is not busy. She for this past Tuesday. When I spoke to the lady I stated that I have a 3 month old infant and would like to be given a time where it is not busy. She stated that they weren’t busy that day and not to worry. I arrived To my oil change on time and was told there was a 3 hour wait. I explained how when I made the Appointment I was assured it was not busy at this time and that I have a 3 month old who wouldn’t cooperate and also I did not feel comfortable exposing him to people for that long as we are in the middle of a pandemic and that I drove 45 minutes to have my car serviced here! The service worker was so kind and got the manager and he said come back another time. I explained again my concerns about my sons safety to which he replied “well the wait is 3 hours I can’t help you if you want to wait you can, I have a waiting room PACKED full of people before you” how could one be so insensitive to my infant and his safety? For a simple Quick oil change? In normal circumstances I wouldn’t be so upset, however during a pandemic there were no Breaks given for a new mom and infant. I am appalled at my experience and now will likely never return for any type of service for my Jeep Grand Cherokee in the future once my free oil changes are used up. More

Our lease was about to expire and with such little choices in the market, Oliver was upfront and honest about the job he was doing.
