Just stay away from this dealership. They are not serious and don't know what they are doing. The first time, the mechanic broke a guard under the van when it was being unloaded from the ramp. They did not fix it; I had to take it to another mechanic. The second time, and the last, they charged me twice for the same blind-spot problem. On May 6th 2025 , I dropped it off for service, and they said it was covered by the warranty; they gave me an invoice saying $0.00. Four days later, the message reappeared: blind spot unavailable, service required. I brought it back, and Nicole, the advisor, told me I had to pay the $216.75 for the deductible to have them look at the van. So I paid. It took them four days to fix it this time, then they asked me to pay again $216.75. They did not fix the van the first time; they just reset the system or disconnected the battery. They are not honest. This is a scam. More

Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Horrible service, no return phone calls. And this is the second time there was more wrong with the car than when I dropped it off. It took 6 days of "diagnosing" to find out it was a bad spark plug. Which is what I was already told by the guy at AutoZone for free. But this was going to cost me $1,600 not including the $600 to fix something that wasn't broken when I gave it to them. More

Took my car to them on a Saturday, they told us we were walk-in so they wouldn't get to it until Monday, we agreed to leave the car there. We didn't hear from them on Monday and by Wednesday after no comm walk-in so they wouldn't get to it until Monday, we agreed to leave the car there. We didn't hear from them on Monday and by Wednesday after no communication, my husband reached out to them and the lady was so rude and gave us nothing. the whole week went by and no word. The next Monday they finally called back, confirmed a diagnostic fee of $1,125 and told us based on the description of the problem, it would cost us from $1,600 -$3,000. We gave them the go ahead to proceed with the diagnostic. On Tuesday they got back to us with a quote of $18,000 before tax and labor to fix the car and off-course we declined to get it fixed. I bought the car for $24,000 in 2018 with less than 20kmiles. 7yrs later with over 100k miles I was not about to pay the buying price to have it fixed. Anyway, we told them we would pay the cost for the diagnostic and pick up the car. Thats when everything turned funny. They told us the car was in pieces and we would need to pay $3k to put it back together. This whole time I am thinking, I paid you the fee for your time to do the diagnostic, the least you can do is give me my car back in the state I brought it in. They gave us the run around even after we had payed the diagnostic fee and refused to put the car back together. We ended up having get another mechanic from a different garage to come tow the car in pieces. I was very disappointed because we actually had a positive experience the first time we took our vehicle there and even on the day we dropped it off. I think most of this would have been avoided if there was proper communication explicitly outlining the full cost of diagnostic and additional cost for reassembly should the customer decline service to a car that was "disassembled" to to the diagnosis. I would definitely still recommend them because the service I received for a different visit was excellent but I would caution to ask all question including the one we just assumed was a given that should they find an issue whose fix goes outside your budget, your car would be returned to you in the condition it was brought in without incurring any additional cost beside the cost of their time to do the diagnosis. My two star rating is strictly based on my second visit and not their service as a whole. More
