We would like to shed some clarification concerning your comments about your visit. Your review neglected to mention that your vehicle was out of warranty and your extended warranty was also expired. Your conduct toward the advisor was entirely unacceptable, to the point of yelling over a miscommunication of a callback. Despite how you spoke to him, he apologized for the matter. He proceeded to go above and beyond to reduce the cost of the repair before informing you of the total and even applied a $50.00 discount. As a gesture of goodwill, we absorbed the cost of the rental vehicle we provided you for 5 days. Since your visit you have left unreasonable emails, insisting that more should have been done for you. Let us be clear: we went above and beyond our obligation in this situation. On a final note, we hope you find a new service center that will have the pleasure of servicing your vehicle moving forward.
