Going to Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has always been a positive. Professional experience. Today was the same. My car service was completed sooner than promised which is always a plus. I’ve been to different dealership but Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram is the worst dealership . The service department is terrible. Terrible service manager. Very defensive and not a at all customer focused. I took my 2024 Jeep 4xE in for regular maintenance and a check engine light. I left my Vehicle on Very defensive and not a at all customer focused. I took my 2024 Jeep 4xE in for regular maintenance and a check engine light. I left my Vehicle on July 3rd and it was ready by July 7th. No issues as it was a long weekend. The problem for me is they could not explain properly why 61 miles was put on my Jeep. There own service receipt said they needed to test drive it at least three times greater than 15 mph for 5 minutes each time. I am xxxx good at math and that does not even come close to equaling 61 miles. Instead of a customer first mentality the service manager read me T&Cs with no attempt at any reasonable explanation of why that many miles was needed to ensure a check engine light would not come back on even when the log data said there was no issues.
