I brought my truck to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted at the gate and escorted to a service rep where I was told the wait would be about an hour. Brought my 2021 ram pro master to the dealer… Was told vehicle needed a new transmission… 2 1/2 months later I was told no transmissions are available for my vehicle… I went to pay the service fee for the vehicle needed a new transmission… 2 1/2 months later I was told no transmissions are available for my vehicle… I went to pay the service fee for the diagnostics on my van, and I was charged a return part charge for a transmission that never arrived… I believe this was bad business on the dealerships part… I will not be returning to this dealership for anything and no one else should either for Service. I had to tow my vehicle out of this dealership and into another repair shop that will make the repairs. The service writer was a good person who told me there was nothing he could do about the return part charge. I just believe it is bad business to charge to return a part that never arrived and I had to swallow the cost of paying for a vehicle, insurance and registration that was at a dealership for 2 1/2 months and then incur the charges to tow the vehicle to another repair shop. More
