Dropped off my 2014 jeep grand Cherokee for over heating problems,was there for three weeks getting worked on,spent 6,000.00 for repairs and picked it up on Monday and it broke down on Wednesday,and when i problems,was there for three weeks getting worked on,spent 6,000.00 for repairs and picked it up on Monday and it broke down on Wednesday,and when i picked it up the battery cover was off in the back seat,the mats were all folded up,my seat cover was half off and there was a plastic part on my seat that i did not know were it went to,then they took it back in,to install the part from the arm rest.Then when it broke down the service gentle men had the attitude of just get the car back to us,with the xxxx with you attitude, I am at work in Queens,broken down and need to get home and to work tomorrow and he is doing texting back and fourth with me and telling me that there is no rental car for me,I told him that this was unacceptable and there is a car rental down the road that you guys have used in the past.My past experience with this dealership has been bad from the past,from buying my srt8 charger that i walked out and went to Bergen dodge to buy it,my wife bought her jeep there and the engine blew on the new car and she had to get a rental car on her own,and now this problem.I will never use this dealer ship ever again.I also have friends from long island that use this dealership and i will tell them to use another dealership,it takes years to get customers and it takes just seconds to loose them..!!!!! Also could not get a manager to speak to during this problem,and could not even get a call back More
