You have no value for the customers time. I have been to the dealership 3 times in the past and all the 3 times you have went past 2 hours from the time you said the car would be ready and yo I have been to the dealership 3 times in the past and all the 3 times you have went past 2 hours from the time you said the car would be ready and you always make an excuse to not give a loaner car. Twice you said there is no car available and this time you said I need to have purchased the car from this dealership to get a loaner car. Extremely unsatisfied with Rockland Jeep Service. More

We scheduled an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. Customer service contacted us to explain this is a walk in service. We drove up, checked the car in and was done within 1.5 hours. Qui tire rotation. Customer service contacted us to explain this is a walk in service. The service department is an absolute dumpster fire. Maria Capello and Vic Niosi - BAD EGGS. They may be the most deceitful, unprofessional people I have come across in a "customer relations" capacity. Maria Capello and Vic Niosi - BAD EGGS. They may be the most deceitful, unprofessional people I have come across in a "customer relations" capacity. I had a brand new vehicle that had multiple problems. Rather than just be honest - that they had no clue how to fix them - they lied, avoided me, then ultimately dismissed me. Brendan Duper is clueless but probably not his fault since his boss is Maria. Worst experience with a vehicle EVER. Thankfully I've offloaded that xxx. Thanks for the life lessons learned. More
