It was very difficult to get in touch with anyone. My messages were rarely returned. Had 4 different advisors for one problem. Was not provided a loaner car or rental. Your parts department told me to keep calling them to check on status of my parts because they’re too busy to call me. When the the parts came in I had to make another appointment a week plus later. Dropped my car off and waited another week plus to call and check in. They said “oh look at that yes it’s done just need some paperwork” so I don’t know how long it was just sitting there waiting for paperwork. Asked several times for to provide some documentation there was no water damage from the leaking sun roof and none of my advisors would provide anything. Overall dissatisfied with my experience and will not be returning. More
