Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Service Center

Paid for a diagnostic test for various issues but none of the issues were resolved. 1. Auto Dim Highbeams do not work properly. They said the issue was resolved but it was not resolved. 2. "ACC/FCW Li the issues were resolved. 1. Auto Dim Highbeams do not work properly. They said the issue was resolved but it was not resolved. 2. "ACC/FCW Limited Functionality Service Required" error message still appears. Not resolved. 3. Both USB ports fail to read files on thumbdrives. Error message reads "USB Error Reconnect". Was told they'd order a new USB port in a few days. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard back at all. I was also told my warranty on my lease expired and my extended warranty doesn't cover any of these issues either. I've been a loyal customer for years and purchased 2 Jeep Cherokees from Rockland. Although I may buy another vehicle, I will never have my car serviced there again. More

Waited more than 3 hours for an oil change. Was told maximum it would take was an hour and 45 mins. wish they would let you make an appointment instead of first come first serve. Bought 3 jeeps from them. Staff has been great. Had to bring in my jeep for a diagnostic due to bad work done at an auto body shop. My service rep allen went above and beyond Staff has been great. They were honest and more than helpful. I recommend the dealer ship and cant say enough good things about Allen in the service department!! More

The waiting room is a mess. You have loud music competing with a loud tv. They couldn’t shut off the music and couldn’t lower the tv because then You couldn’t hear the tv.
