Second time I had my car towed because of fluids leaking. No loaner cars. No one picks up phone calls. When you call after hours it says to leave a message and then the phone disconnects. I was told from Anthony that I would get a call back in the morning with an update and I left Anthony multiple messages with no call. I called sales because only they pick up the phone and then asked to speak to Anthony in service. Alan picked up the call and was told that Anthony left for the day. When someone. Leaves for the day don’t you think that someone in that department should call back customers with update. I was told the car was ready. We picked it up and by the time we got home the car was leaking fluid in my driveway again. More

My sons car was towed 3 times in 3 weeks and this time it was within 48 hours of getting car back due to constant fluids leaking. This time service drove my sons car for 200 miles found nothing and gave the was within 48 hours of getting car back due to constant fluids leaking. This time service drove my sons car for 200 miles found nothing and gave the car back to me with no gas even though when it was picked up tank was full. They found nothing and said it was probably residual fluid. Why wasn’t I notified that there may be residual fluid leaking when I picked up the second time. You can not get anyone at service to pick up the phone and you have to call sales and ask them to find someone. A customer should not be told that your service department is too busy and they dont know when they can look at the car. I asked Katrina 5 times over the course of 4 days to speak to her manager and I still have not received a managers name to discuss my disappointment. More
Extremely Poor Customer Service. The vehicle information systems stated #2 Valve Misfire. The diagnostic had taken 60 hours to complete. The extended warranty took 72 hours, including weekends. Once the diagnostic plan and warranty outcome was confirmed, the repairs took 20 days to complete. The initial adviser went out for a medical reason which was disclosed on his voice mail with a referral to another adviser who never returned my calls. Upon arrival at the vehicle, I was told to see the cashier. To this date, no one explained what was actually done. I referred to the recipe to see what was performed. I called the adviser and left a message in regard to the three wire harnesses left resting on the engine block. The harness clips were removed and not replaced. Again, no one returns my calls. This is the poorest service I have ever received at a dealership. I think it is time to transition to another brand of vehicles. More
