Kevin is a great guy but they do not know what they are doing when it comes to intoxalock systems. I was told they know how to work with them and clearly they do not. I've a Dodge Challenger Scat Pack with Shaker and Shake Down graphics that I purchased in August of 2022, now just shy of two years. Last November I notices that the (Shake Down graphics) stripes starte Down graphics that I purchased in August of 2022, now just shy of two years. Last November I notices that the (Shake Down graphics) stripes started to curl up at the end on the trunk right by the spoiler. I decided to wait until spring to address this with the dealer when I needed my second oil change. I brought the car back up to them after the oil change to take some pictures of the problem, including a new one that was on the edge of one stripe on the edge where it appeared to have bubbled up. Unfortunately Dodge corporate thought the second issue was due to some sort of impact (wasn't) and the repair was denied. After discussing the situation with Maria from the service department at Rockland CDJR, she went to bat for me with the area's corporate representative at end of May. She spoke to the representative and got them to agree(!) to do a one off correction of the problem despite the initial denial by corporate. On the day I brought the car to the dealer, I found another stripe peeling up at the end on the front of the car. I mentioned this to Maria and Tommy (service rep) who added the information to the notes for the body shop who were going to do the actual work. Thanks to Maria and Tommy, I had my baby back in the driveway the next day with the defective stripes on the hood and trunk reapplied from the new stripe kit they had obtained via corporate. As an added bonus, they gave me the rest of the $1,300 kit in case I should need it. Service team, Thank You. More

Hey, I just wanted to say that I'm really impressed with your dealership. Most dealerships are only interested in making money, but you guys seem to actually care about your customers. I recently got my SUV your dealership. Most dealerships are only interested in making money, but you guys seem to actually care about your customers. I recently got my SUV's oil changed there and it was a really smooth and easy experience. I don't mind writing a review, but I think it's kind of silly that you require it to be at least 15 words. But overall, I'm really happy with your service and I hope you keep it up. If you don't, I'll have no problem writing a 500-word review! Just kidding, of course.
