I paid $400 for initial diagnosis to be applied if I accepted the work. I accepted the work however the parts could not be located. After a few days I was told it was on back order and no timeline was g accepted the work. I accepted the work however the parts could not be located. I finally had enough brought vehicle to my local mechanic he located the necessary parts and had me back on the road in a few days. The diagnosis cost was not waived. I have bought 5 vehicles from this dealership. Two are current. If I’m not compensated this will be my last vehicle from here and I will never be back for service. More
