LIVID!! Very happy with my new Kona. Brought it back to dealer to have wheels switched to black rims. They had the car 3-days and it came back with my old r Very happy with my new Kona. For this I was charged $700 -- that's $175 per wheel for painjt!!! OUTRAGEOUS!! Complained and was told that the dealer cost was $500. Since I am a repeat customer I asked that I be charged the dealer cost. The Sales Manager told me that he would check and get back to me the next day. Needless to say that he never got back to me nor did he return any of my many calls. He was always too busy to speak to me or return my calls. Typical car sales person? Obviously customer relations is not their strong point. Money! Money! Money is all that seems to matter to them. I will NEVER deal with Rockland Hyundai again unless they clear this up. We met Luis Olivier and run through roughly 6 different models and options we were considering. Luis showed great patience and impressive listen skills to weed through all the options we put in front of him. His carefully and respectfully showed us each option we were considering, allowing us to test drive whichever vehicle we wanted to help us narrow our choices.
