He got us out of a car we were upside down in and into a brand new 2017 limited night edition tucson. i went to just look since my husband was at work and i was bores. Levi let me drive the car not once but twice to see my husband so he could see it. 1st time to show him, then we went back to dealership to work the numbers. 2nd time we drove back to my husbands job to let him the know the great deal we got. i just have to say it was a pleasure doing buisness with him and not a stressful experience at all. Second Time Customer This is my second purchase from Rockland Hyundai. My first purchase was a 2014 fully loaded Sante Fe sport turbo. I purposefully drove out of my area (Westchester) to come to Rockland AGAIN. I came back to Rockland because of Roger Garcia; he is an absolute gem to work with. He is quietly knowledgeable and meticulous about delivering the car and getting it set up appropriately. He is responsive and helped me work out all of the details over e-mail before I came. I had researched the car and done a test drive already with a friend who owns a G80. I knew the 2017 G80 was the car for me. I also had several competitive quotes from other dealers in 3 states. Roger made this deal happen at Rockland. He understood I was serious, and I was looking to make a lease quickly as my old lease was expired and I was on a month to month lease. Roger is a consummate professional. I have rarely come across a salesperson who is as thoroughly knowledgeable about the products he sells. Fantastic customer service This was my first time dealing with Rockland Hyundai and I am very pleased with this dealership. I stopped by to check out Santa Fe and I worked with Roger Garcia who was very knowledgeable and took his time to walk me through and present the car in the lot and then take me for a test drive explaining all the features. After that we sat and looked at all the models. I was not initially ready to move forward because I had a unique situation with my current end of lease and financial position. Roger brought over Fausto who did the finance manager who asked me how my experience was so far and what were my hesitations. I told him and he took it to his desk and when he came back he had a deal for me that was very close to what I wanted. That was fantastic. Just like that very easy and professional. It took a few days to finalize it all but the deal was great, the delivery was great, Roger showed me all the features and helped me register for Blue Link. I couldn’t be happier. Love the car and really enjoyed working with Roger and Fausto. They are professional and always handle everything with a smile.
