I would rate this Mikal Smith and Jefferey Price were welcoming, no pressuring, no hiding, and aswering my questions with patience. It is my 5th car. I would rate this dealership #1-2 out of 5 dealerships I experienced. The financing process was straightforward, easy, and no pressure with Joan Rivas. When I got back with my new car, I noticed a scratch in the rear bumper and called Mikal immediately. I guess it was what happened during the car prep at the dealership, which I did not notice when I pick up. Not a pleasant thing but they are willing to take responsibility, which makes me happy. A highly recommended dealership. More
