Don't believe online pricing Went to dealership. Ask about a car online listed for 4599. The first thing I was told is the price is $1,800 extra for dealer fees Plus tax and title Went to dealership. Amazing and Felt important I was turning in my lease and it was an easy process and they work with the numbers I wanted not the dealers numbers which was great. Deceptive Came in to buy a new car, in part due to incentives being offered by Hyundai USA. Was told that they had none in stock, then told that there might be Came in to buy a new car, in part due to incentives being offered by Hyundai USA. Was told that they had none in stock, then told that there might be a "demo" available. Was told that demo counts as new in terms of getting the incentives. Was given a price that included the incentives, and the price was pretty close to what I was looking for. But the car I was shown turned out to be used, with several hundred miles on it. So the "yes, you're getting the factory incentives" line was BS. And while they got close to the price I wanted, they were actually selling me a used car (vs. new) without being totally transparent. They fudged the "demo" vs. "used." Plus lots of having the sales guy check with the manager, dragging out the length of the visit. Icky. More

Excellent Customer Service I had a great experience with the whole crew at Rockland Hyundai. They were professional and efficient in helping me get into my new 2013 Hyundai Elan I had a great experience with the whole crew at Rockland Hyundai. They were professional and efficient in helping me get into my new 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Shamma was patient and took into consideration my personal needs and went above and beyond to make me happy. She even transferred the stuff o had in my old car into my new car! I was there well after closing time and everyone stayed with a smile just to make sure I could take my new car that day. The sales manager and financial specialist Yorcarys were exceptional as well. I am very happy and satisfied with the service and customer care at Rockland Hyundai! More
