I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of Sales Mgr. Drew Carnival, he asked several questions, I.e. what was my present car, what I wanted in future GMC vehicle and what I wanted to spend mo Sales Mgr. He immediately told me of several promotions and discounts available. He printed out a deal sheet and the sticker sheet of the vehicle of interest. He took me to see the vehicle. There was no pressure, there was no back n forth or further negotiating. He said he gave me the best deal he could and I was confident that it was. My three previous GMC leased vehicles were from my local dealer 3 hours North. What they quoted me was much higher and no incentives were even mentioned. I considered my loyalty to my previous salesperson but In the end I switched dealerships because Drew was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and his confidence convinced me that I was getting the best deal for Me.
