Well I've been dealing with this dealerships for a few yrs early may i was told i need springs the service Manager quoted $780 after waiting a month for the parts I dropped off my car to get the springs yrs early may i was told i need springs the service Manager quoted $780 after waiting a month for the parts I dropped off my car to get the springs later that day I am told it's shocks and spring and now I am given the price of $1779 a drastic sudden jump from the quoted price given, at this time Iam so angry I was speechless the manager told me the job was already done he never called to ask what I wanted to do, can I afford it and no communication in between time..I'm so disappointed with leadership at the place that there aren't words that would be respectful enough to share...what goes around comes around and God will let it all be seen...
