hookedforlife, Normally when your vehicle is out of powertrain warranty Chrysler Care will not help you, we usually will have the customer call for approval and 9 times out of 10 it will be denied. The reason we have the customer call Chrysler Care is, that they have a better chance of getting it approved than the dealership calling. I sent this information out to all Advisors, should they encounter a situation like this again they are to call Chrysler Care to see if they will help with the repair. As for the transmission they are on back order, Huffines must have had some in stock. Thank you, Carey Lindsey Service Director clindsey@rockwalldodge.com

My advisor at Rockwall Dodge did not even offer the opportunity to call Chrysler Care. Huffines suggested it right from the beginning because it was so close to the manufacturer warranty. Rockwall Dodge never called me back with an estimate or had any kind of follow up. Huffines was very helpful.
