They charged me for work that they did not do. I took it in with a rock dent. They said $125.00 and they would have it back to me in a few hours. They had it back in less than an hour. I paid $712.21 for a couple of cheap air filters and to wipe the carbon out of the throttle body. I recommend you take your equipment elsewhere. I won't go back to Rockwall Jeep. Worst customer service ever, had my truck for three weeks. They never kept me updated on the status, I had to call and check. Eventually my truck was done last Friday, no call I had to call the follow weeks. They never kept me updated on the status, I had to call and check. Eventually my truck was done last Friday, no call I had to call the following Monday to check the status. When I went to pick up my truck it was dead. They had completely drained the battery which they had done before. They said the battery was bad, needed to be replaced and wanted to charge me $350.00 for a new battery even though they had my truck for three weeks and were the ones responsible for draining the battery. They didn't even offer to cover half the cost for their mess. I will never go back to this dealership for any warranty work EVER! If I could give them a zero star rating I absolutely would. More
