They provided excellent service for my six-year-old truck, which needed an oil change, new tires, brake pads, and rotors. Although I dropped it off in advance, the service took two full days, something that wasn’t clearly communicated. The final price was higher than I expected, though they did offer a discount on the oil change, which I appreciated. While I’m satisfied with the overall outcome, I wouldn't recommend them for routine maintenance due to their higher baseline costs. Additionally, I wish more attention had been paid to the details, specifically ensuring the tire pressure was set correctly (not 5–10 PSI below the recommended level) and avoiding grease marks left around the rims. More

Customer service should be more of a priority. Only received text messages about my car in the shop. Had to go inside to get service advisor to talk to me. If someone drops a car off for service, wash it for them. Show them you care about their vehicle. I bought a Ram from Sewell and they wash it for free whenever I go there. And don’t tell someone their car is next to be seen by a technician and not hear about their vehicle for a day and a half afterwards. We want to feel your invested in our issues and concerns. Call the customer and let us hear your voice! Me having to call or message to find out what’s going on is poor service. Be honest, don’t tell me what I want to hear. That’s a let down. Be upfront and honest. I appreciate that much more. More
