Brought my 2020 King Ranch F150 in for first service and a couple of warranty items. Melissa was great and kept me updated on status since they had to order parts. The truck had just been washed before going in so I don't know if they routinely wash vehicles, but I was surprised they didn't vacuum the interior. Maybe that is unrealistic, but my Mercedes always comes back from service washed and vacuumed. More

Quick & easy transaction from sales to finance. I just paid off my truck and had catastrophic engine repairs needed, but Rockwall Ford gave me a good trade in for my F-150 and although I did not want anot paid off my truck and had catastrophic engine repairs needed, but Rockwall Ford gave me a good trade in for my F-150 and although I did not want another truck payment, I am very satisfied with the truck I purchased. First time i got my car serviced here since i bought it. My service advisor Ronald Greene was very nice and got me taken care of.
