My decision to buy a new car was a very difficult one for me to make. I had not had to make a car payment in 6 years and I really didn't think I would be able to afford a car payment at this time. Things being as they are...I didn't have $2000 to put into my current car to be able to pass inspection. 2 weeks prior to this, I saw a SUV that just really caught my eye and I though when I could afford a new car, that was what I wanted. Well, we stopped by and that same SUV was still there. Cliff met us at the SUV and we took if for a test drive. Cliff asked me what kind of payment I wanted and told me not to worry. Long story short, they not only got my payment where I wanted it, but I was able to afford the extended warranty as well. And these guys stayed until everything was finished and it was two hours after they were supposed to be off for the evening. I feel they really cared about my situation and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my decision. I will be back...you can count on it. More
