The finance person Marc who sold the extended warranty never responded after I caught him with written discrepancy about the existing warranty for the vehicle. It is not clear what exact terms or exclusions of the coverage I paid almost 3K for, as other than advertising booklet the policy terms are not shared, not explained and cannot be looked up as the website doesn’t show any policy registered. Being unresponsive about the product sold strikes as very unprofessional, as it was Marc who sold it. Warranty showing as non-active policy should have no issues being cancelled. Few days after the car purchase and by now I got two independent mechanics who looked at the vehicle and both tell me the tires have to be replaced. Also the arm control bushings and fluid filter. Sylvester is working and communicates properly, and so far made a positive impression overall.
