We had a good experience in general. Bailey was very generous and helpful during the purchasing process. He helped us through all steps. The only negative part was the financing department. There was a misunderstanding something about financing and we spent extra an hour to figure it out. And we end it up paying extra than we agreed on with Bailey for 3 months 3000 miles they included on the price. Another negative part was the car needed an oil change. I think it would be better to change the oil before selling the car, anyway Bailey didn't even question about it. He took care of the oil change the next day. So far very happy about the car and general experience. More
