I went here as a first time buyer and the experience was far less than what I was expecting, but they had a car there that I was really looking at. I told him that this was my first time and asked that he g far less than what I was expecting, but they had a car there that I was really looking at. I told him that this was my first time and asked that he go through everything and told him I may have a lot of questions. While majority of my questions were answered, there were some major things that weren’t fully explained to me. As a consumer it is probably more my fault than his. But as a salesman he should have listened to me when I told him this was my first experience. He wasn’t very organized and missed some key components. No one there went over my loan in detail with me. He didn’t give me the old plates from my trade in car. He was going to let me leave with my temporary plate on my new car just sitting in the front window because he couldn’t figure out how to get it on the back of the car. As I was pulling out to leave he and the owner waved me down and the owner had him put it on correctly so I wouldn’t potentially run into any issues. I came in to test drive the car at 6:30 and they closed at 8. I feel like everyone just wanted to get out of there and rushed me through the process. I absolutely love my car, but I definitely was not a fan of the experience as a first time buyer. More

Crooks! Absolutely GARBAGE dealership. Do not trust!!!!!!! They took advantage of a First Responder and a single father. I UNFORTUNATELY decided to confide in them about my desperate situation. Poor Credit s They took advantage of a First Responder and a single father. I UNFORTUNATELY decided to confide in them about my desperate situation. Poor Credit since my divorce, lost my car in a car accident that was not my fault. I had been without a car for 3 months and had been denied a loan everywhere I had gone. I SHOULD have tried harder. These guys sensed my desperation, sold me a $3,500 car for $9,000. Immediately told me they wouldn't haggle because they could "sell that car for $9,000 all day long." I NEEDED a car so I didn't argue. Told them I didn't have money for a Down Payment but they still got $1,500 out of me (ate Ramen for 2 months after the sale). Car's Check Engine Light came on the NEXT day after I bought it. $800 fix; plenty of other things wrong with the car too. Thank you so much for selling me a terrible vehicle for TWICE what it is worth. I hope they go out of business and whoever is responsible for cheating me ends up like I am financially. More
