When I needed to bring the vehicle back because of a misconception on my part and also a very stuck component, Sylvester told me to bring the vehicle right in. Sylvester was not there when I arrived, but had told one of the gentleman there (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) what was going on. That gentleman very nicely explained that my first concern, which turned out to be a nonissue. The second component took a very nice service tech about 15-20 minutes to fix and then nicely explained to me the correct way to install the component. Being an elderly woman, I really appreciated that none of the people I had contact with talked down to me. Cannot recommend this auto broker. Purchased a low mileage car which looked great and test drove great. They refused to budge on price claiming it was mis-priced. Claimed they always sold the extended mileage car which looked great and test drove great. They refused to budge on price claiming it was mis-priced. Claimed they always sold the extended warrenty which I didn't want but somehow signed for. Took to dealer for evaluation, in need of $4K repairs to DRIVETRAIN which is not covered by the warrenty I didnt want. Unhappy customer, can't recommend More
