I bought my Subaru and I was going to pick it up the next day after it was detailed, and then the whole world shut down because of Coronavirus so I left my car there for about a month. When I needed to bring the vehicle back because of a misconception on my part and also a very stuck component, Sylvester told me to bring the vehicle right in. Sylvester was not there when I arrived, but had told one of the gentleman there (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) what was going on. That gentleman very nicely explained that my first concern, which turned out to be a nonissue. The second component took a very nice service tech about 15-20 minutes to fix and then nicely explained to me the correct way to install the component. Being an elderly woman, I really appreciated that none of the people I had contact with talked down to me. If you are shopping for a used vehicle, I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers! More
