Absolute worst experience!! We made a deal and Sylvester agreed to fix issues and have ready. Flat out lied and Caleb was always creeping around- No idea- we showed up to pick up with cash- car not done and agreed to fix issues and have ready. Flat out lied and Caleb was always creeping around- No idea- we showed up to pick up with cash- car not done and we where asked to fill out “standard” paperwork ( credit) even though we where going to pay cash. ????? No way- and why was this creep Caleb on the paperwork now???? I wouldn’t sign the check until what Sylvester promised was done(we have a text) We where told the work wold be done again- we left and came back-NO APOLOGY- and why wasCaleb Lurking again? They didn’t even vaccine out the car (promised a complete detail..- guess the soda ect was too much and the hoses weren’t changed- JUST SPRAY PAINTED AND THEY TOOK OLD MIX MATCHED WIPERS TO PUT ON . Give these guys an chance. The car buying experience is only difficult if you make it that way. We had a great car buying experience with them. I work in customer service and I find it that people mostly write poor reviews when they don’t get what they want or don’t want to except the facts. They do things the write way and are willing to help if are willing to work with them as well. We all forget it is a business that has to keep its doors open at the end of the day.
