Employees here were courteous and friendly, as you would hope, if not expect. This is a large volume secondary market car dealer, and they know their business. My son and I worked with Jeff, a seasoned dealer and one of the floor managers who worked with us to make the sale. Didn't work directly with Rocky, but he was friendly on the phone, and I believe is responsible for making thinks run smoothly, which they do. I actually had just started looking for an auto for my son in college and wasn't thinking I would find what I wanted here. Car Gurus led me here for a specific auto make, model, and engine type. The car was a find, and we reached what we both felt was a fair price. Jeff was patient with my questions, which I needed, since I was trying to keep all the numbers straight. I plan on returning here and hopefully working with Jeff again when a different son is ready to purchase a vehicle. Strongly recommend doing business here or at least giving them a first look. We are glad we did. More
