Long distance relationships, who knew? My experience with Lori was unique to say the least. I was an entire state away without a vehicle to get me to the dealership, basically homeless and My experience with Lori was unique to say the least. Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers Jeff completely changed my attitude about this dealership. After coming in about a year ago and not being very impressed, I grudgingly came again bec Jeff completely changed my attitude about this dealership. After coming in about a year ago and not being very impressed, I grudgingly came again because the vehicle I was looking for was seemingly close to fairly priced. Jeff greeted me with a smile and a handshake, but what really impressed me was that he didn’t interrupt or act like he knew everything. He was very polite and motivated. Followed the store procedures but not in a pushy way, and even though I wasn’t planning on a test drive his easy spirt made me feel comfortable so I did. The negotiation was the most painless I’ve ever been involved in. He and Kenny were very reasonable and we came to an agreement over text as I had an appointment to fulfill. After we agreed to a price and I made my way back he had most of the paperwork ready to sign and the car ready and waiting. I had a great experience and would happily recommend them especially Jeff.
