I had looked online for weeks for the perfect vehicle at an eve My wife and kids were exhausted after 8 hours of black Friday shopping for a vehicle. I had looked online for weeks for the perfect vehicle at an even better than perfect price! Fortunately, I stumbled upon Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers web site. When I pulled into the parking lot Jay greeted us with a smile and after a little detail was given about the vehicle I was searching for Jay took me to it immediately. I didn't realize it was a standard which was discouraging, but Jay took the time to explain how the gears worked and I picked it up very quickly (granted my first vehicle was a standard 20 years ago). Jay and I settled on the online price which was thousands less than the competition. After, the sale Jay showed me all the extras that were on the vehicle and how to use each one. I felt bad for requiring so much of his time, but he appeared happy utilizing his time to ensure I was going to fully enjoy my vehicle! Thank you Jay for the great experience! More

Worst purchase ever My daughter was looking for a new truck. We spent all day looking and found a Ford F-150 at Rocky Mountain auto brokers. We found one that we liked and they brought out a "manager" to close the deal. He proceeded to say it had new brakes, tires and had just been serviced. We ended up agreeing on a price. Well about a month later the truck started throwing codes. Luckily we bought the extended warranty. After taking it to Midas and they couldn't fix it took it to Ford. The timing chain was stretched and about ruined the motor. Got that fixed then all the O2 sensors went out. Now the brakes calipers, rotors and pads need to be replaced. These people just care about a sale. It was like pulling teeth to get anyone to call me back on the motor issue. I'd rather walk then buy another vehicle from this group of liars!!!! More
Bought a good car, follow up service not so good. Overall the selection was good, and our salesman was great. The price was reasonable considering the dealer is always going to make a profit. My frustration with this dealer came after the sale. They sold me the car with two keys, handing me the second one as we signed the paperwork. It turns out the second key was bad, the remote didn't work and it wouldn't start the car. I called the dealership and they said come in and see their locksmith. Only they wouldn't pay to make it right. I paid $257 to make something work that was sold to me as working. They could have made it right, but refused to, so instead of goodwill and a happy customer that would have done business there again, they have an angry customer that will not return. If you shop here, check every switch, and every bolt. Don't trust any farther than you could throw the car. More
