Jeremy Dandrea was great, Jeremy was a great sales person! My husband and I came from Castle Rock, after work and he took us for a test drive in the car we were interested in. Jeremy was a great sales person! My husband and I came from Castle Rock, after work and he took us for a test drive in the car we were interested in. He answered all of our questions and we decided to purchase the car. There were a few minor things we asked to have fixed or looked at before we took it home. Jeremy even went the extra mile to take it back to a Mazda dealer to have a recalled part fixed before we drove it home the following week. Albert spent at least an hour talking to us without any clear purpose as to his point. We had decided to buy the car right away but the entire financing process took an additional 3 hours and we have great credit so why did it take so long for him to tell us how much the interest was and how much our payments would be? That should have been a 10 minute conversation. We were beyond hungry when we left the dealership at 10 pm and drove home in a snow storm. We had arrived at 5:30 pm to specifically drive and purchase one car and made our decision quickly so we were quite frustrated that the financing piece took so long. More
