They forced us to obtain a policy even though we did not want it. They lied about the time the car was on their lot and the misrepresented the car had navigation and it did not. Brandon was great to work with. He made sure that the price we initially saw was the price we got. He made the car search more tolerable and was there to answer any question we had.
