Initially, I had a decent car buying experience. I did not feel pressured. When I went to pick up my car, it was a very different experience. I had called earlier in the day and spoken with Troy to I did not feel pressured. When I went to pick up my car, it was a very different experience. I had called earlier in the day and spoken with Troy to tell them I was going to be coming in to pick up my car after work. He said he would inform Derek and they would have the car ready. I arrived and waited 20 minutes without even being acknowledged by anyone. I had to walk up to someone and ask to be helped. My car was not ready as promised. I had to continue to wait for the license to tags to be put on. When I finally got my car, all the tire pressure lights were on saying low pressure. Not a great experience. More

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. We had a terrible experience. We were sold an extended warranty that we did not want but we were told it was ‘necessary because they just replaced th We had a terrible experience. We waited over 45 days for the car deal to be completed due to numerous issues with the vehicle. More
