After dealing with a problematic salesperson (we were ready to walk and get our deposit back), the sales managers both stepped in and were very accommodating. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and did his best to meet our needs. The sales manager, Lex, was also very helpful and lowered the sales price to make up for our troubles without us even asking! We brought in our own pre approval for financing and their financing dept beat that rate. We appreciated them making our experience right in the end! More
