I started my review and got disconnected. Worst manager possible. Doors not honor prices promised. Jack is missing & it’s tough luck, nothing they can do. Three days later and still no tire fixed Wonderful salesman who tries to help but his hands are tied. We would have walked out when my son bought the truck we traded in but our son has health problems so we let them cheat us again. Avoid this dealership. Don’t even slow down. The salesman deserves a better job. I cannot begin to explain my disgust with the manager of this dealership. Crooked, hateful and uncaring. Never been treated so badly. More
Love the car that I traded for, however the customer service was horrible. Please read this before trading with them. We contacted the dealership prior to arrival and was told the car was there (it was a long drive for us), got there and they had let the owners wife drive it and it took them 3 hours to get the vehicle back on the lot. Made the trade, I thought all was well and good. However, it had been close to a month and another payment was taken out of my account for the vehicle I traded.. I called the bank for the next two weeks trying to settle everything. Basically the bank told me the dealership did not provide adequate information, therefore the bank could not process the check and nobody at the dealership could tell me what information was provided on the check, all they gave me was a check number and routing number. So after 2 weeks and hours on the phone with the bank, I settled that, while being told from the dealership there was nothing they could do. Then I received the title to the vehicle I traded and had to pay to mail it or drive it to them. Again, the dealership/salesperson was sorry for the inconvenience but there was nothing they could do. All in all, it was a lot of work, money, and time on my end and just a horrible experience. Timing reference, I signed and traded on July 5th, and the bank finally processed the check on August 12th. I would not recommend this dealership. More
I drove 4 hours to purchase a beautiful Toyota Tacoma that I've always wanted. As a disabled Vet, I spent all I could afford to buy a dependable truck. I did not make it home before the battery and alter that I've always wanted. As a disabled Vet, I spent all I could afford to buy a dependable truck. I did not make it home before the battery and alternator went out, driving the last hour in the dark. The truck died before getting it into my garage. I got it to a shop and had the battery and alternator replaced. While there, they found the head gaskets were blown and needed to be replaced as I have oil in my antifreeze and the radiator won't hold pressure. The car fax said the dealership changed the oil and inspected it and prepped it to be sold. They did not. I called as soon as they opened Monday morning and after five days of calling and being told that the manager, Mark Calloway would call back before the end of the business day, and he never did. Five more days after emailing him and the owner, I finally spoke with him. He actually said maybe the truck wasn't ment to be driven 4 hours. He finally ask what would make me happy and I said having the engine repaired or replaced with a used one. He said he would speak to the owner and get back with me. Another week of calling with no response so I had no other choice but to go public. I need my truck to be repaired so I can drive it as advertised. You should be able to drive your vehicle for a day or two before it completely dies! They should be held responsible. I will update this review if they chose to help me. P.s. I also had to replace all four tires and rear brakes. The list just goes on. More

Lies lies lies engine had a slight vibration! broken engine mounts, torn driver side axle, bald dry rotted tires,out of alignment, suspension was blown, no second key fob and a shady sales man! sales manager didn’t do much but send me floor mats wich I was promised and all after the fact I bought it and really had it inspected by my mechanic but that was the least of my worries not even 8000miles later and the engine needs a whole rebuild have been without my truck for 2 and half months…Being a disabled vet with a bad buy and still have a $600 payment and no truck… im stuck in this and don’t know what to do!!! horrible place to buy never believe them!! Not worth your business! take it somewhere else!! More

Do not buy a car from this dealership. Very unprofessional, this dealership took out 2 car loans for the same car. Now I have 2 different bank loans for the same car. When trying to get this taken care of they gave me the run around. Kennedy Sizemore was the one handling this mess. When I called trying to get more information, he hung up on me, not once but twice. Very unprofessional, this dealership has messed with my credit, caused undue stress and at the time of this review I am still waiting on answers. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More

The worst experience ever I went in to buy a vehicle and I was excited that I could finally afford to buy a newer vehicle. The sales team was nice and I was approved and out the door in less than an hour. Then in just 10 short days after I left the lot three of my four speakers stopped working. When I called and let them know all they said was at least you got a car with a good engine and transmission. I thought that was very unprofessional because I bought a car not just a engine and transmission. I have only had the car for a little over a month and now I have to put wheel bearings on it. I guess they don't inspect their vehicles before putting them out to sell. I know that I am never going to recommend someone to go here for a vehicle. When I had a problem they wouldn't help me at all so I have to sink more money in a vehicle that I paid too much for. It is very frustrating that they wouldn't even just look at it without charging me. More
