Long time customer of both Rodeo and Sanderson Ford. Took my Rodeo-bought 2022 Ford Edge for its first oil change. Since Rodeo's Quick Lane doesn't take reservations, I was told it would be smart to g Took my Rodeo-bought 2022 Ford Edge for its first oil change. Since Rodeo's Quick Lane doesn't take reservations, I was told it would be smart to get there at 7:00 A.M., when they open. I arrived at 6:45, and already, was 4th in line. By 7:00, there were at least 10 cars backed up, waiting their turn. Oil change went fine; naturally I needed 1 or more air and/or cabin filters. Thank God for Ford Pass rewards, otherwise this oil change would've cost me $150+. My only complaint, and it's a repeat complaint, and a common complaint among those who use the Quick Lane's services is in ability to make an appointment. You take your chances when you show up as to whether you're going to be there for 2 hours (like my visit), or several more hours than that. Finally, please fix the TV in the waiting area. There's a blue tint to the screen that makes it hard to watch. While you're at it, the programs you have on, are on a loop; switching every 10 minutes or so from one program to another. I know I was there a long time because I saw the same game show clip three times. More
