I had bought the truck used fro Very impressed with the service I received at Rodeo Ford. I brought my f350 Super Duty in for a 30,000 mile service. I had bought the truck used from another dealer and needed to start a maintenance record. Upon entering the Quick lane service area, I was immediately greeted by Mirna a great service rep at the counter. She took me through all the required and optional services clearly and thoroughly. They were able to start the work immediately and were careful with the tire rotation since there were aftermarket air bags installed. Meanwhile Mirna made sure we knew of their shuttle service to take us anywhere around the area while we waited. This was something I have not had offered before. Nice touch! The work was completed in a timely manner and the truck returned washed (engine too) . There was a grease mark on the driver's seat and again Mirna surpassed my expectations by personally taking the truck back to the detail department to have it cleaned. All in all one of my better experiences at a service department! Mirna was great very personable and up front. More
